What???what u mean by small talk? what u mean by i need to work on bigger pic? even i really did that, why need to send to all my donwnliner? i very angry but i still ignore as I think that i done nothing wrong, i still do my job.
Suddenly aftter lunch, I receive a forward email from big boss to him asking him what he mean on this sentence. let's see how the freak reply.
''It was not to Janelle boss, it was meant for the bad debt team. The past few days i been having and catching staff of them with small issues and talking on outside things rather then focus and working. That’s why I send this email sir. Sorry.
Then boss reply to him
''Better careful & more sensitive on your words & sentence. From my understanding, your email mentioned that she creates some issue. Always remember: Reader & Writer do not have the same mindset & common understanding. I would suggest that you need to explain to Janelle for this in order to avoid any misunderstanding & make the teamwork breakdown.
As expected, freak is coming to me twist and turn story and tell me boss screw him. I don't believe and i also dunwan to guess it as big boss say 'What is his real intention, only he know'.
big boss comment that want me to tell him if i feel not happy, he dunwan to be the last person.
hmm...i think boss seems change also, he start to protect me and listen to me.
whatever my problems recently he will respond, i feel sweet...
Eventhough i had a weird freak as boss, but i had manage to change big boss and our relatioship get closer bcoz of that funny freak...what i can say is 'bad thing always come with good reason lo!
Overall is still a happy friday!
