I receive a calls from my marketing frenz.
She ask me to be careful one of my unit head as she always told stupid blackie what i said to them, and this make Kumar . I replied what ever i said is nothing wrong, all is about operation issues even is marketing.

But dunnoe is the person who translate change the story OR the stupid blackie perceive differently. The end, he thought I am playing politic or badstep marketing...then he gave an order to his team ''Do not let Janelle come to our department, especially you girls''

Fuck you!!!! no wonder, nowadays marketing frenz very less chat with me...I thought they misunderstood me that alway do bad thing to their team...

First, i nvr go to your department, each & everytime is you are the one calling me to go.

Second, if you are not happy or dissatisfy to me, just come to tell me directly, pls dun be sissy keep show the face or perli my staffs. This action is showing that you are ''chicken''
What ever i told my unit head, i send mail to you CC to boss. I had stop sending to HQ bcoz he complaint that i every thing want to CC whole world. What i told is truth, if I accuse you please come to tell me!!!!

Stop torture your staffs, if you have no frenz doesn't mean that you did that I will lost frenz...

I purposely take weekday leave to meet my sistafor GSS (Great Singapore Sales)
I was looking for kaki since the 2nd week for GSS, after 1 mths than only got the gang but my shopping mood & vitamin M already dried..so only plan to have a 'window shopping' & Gossiping


1 week ago, we had start plaaning in email where to go, where for breakfast, shd we go for lunch

A Dinner session with Tate & Amelie one week before S'pore trip.

I got present again from 3 of my staffs that got he Customer Service Award Trip-Perhentian Island, cute max~

Coincidence i tried a ice-cream at giant shopping with mum, is around RM8++ and taster great.

I am addicted to one new brand ice-cream-Wall's Selection.

There are 3 flavour, Vanila Dutch, Very Rocky Choco & Oreo.

Me and B仔 had bought it for more than 4 times, we like to feed each other during DVDing time

Ingredient: ice-cream, nuts, marshmallow, choco chips & choco cyrup

For less than RM10, you can get a box of rich ice-cream with some much of mixes!!!worth it!

This is What I hope

Exhausted me pulling my body enter lift, there are one group of chinese (From upstair company) just finish work.
There are joking & discussing in the lift, laughing over there.

Suddenly, I realise that ''This is what I miss & hope"

I missed my time in HQ with my frenz & working gang.
OT till 9pm everyday, but always gossiping there, chating & laughing when finish work. Sometime go for dinner & break talk about bosses bad things. when being scold by boss, then immediate intercom elsa or Feli to complaint, they will comfort me, pity me...
This is one kind of stress release. No matter how tough the working life, no matter how harsh being treated, yet everything still ok as long you have THEM

I am a ALONE, I cannot tell my boss staff problems, I cannot tell staff the unfair request from management, I dun have frenz in company, even share with my outside frenz yet no one understand.

Finger crossed, hope that I will have my working gang when I got new job.

Disturbing Friday nite

Keep counting the time to 6pm, already plan to back 6pm...who knows 4pm+ receive email from HQ comment by team poor result and want action plan, after replied chin chaily (reali not mood for my operation) kena lagi jialat.

HQ boss called me directly, 'Janelle what happended to you? u are a well planned person, i kenot imagine that email was from you, Can you go back to year 2001 that Janelle? I wan a detail plan, figure, how you can achieve, dun send me 'sate kajang''

Definition of Sate Kajang: If we ask where to get best sate, everyone will say Sate Kajang, but when ask how to make sate Kajang, no one will know.
He is trying to say I am giving the action plan that everyone know how to how to comment, the real part & details breakdown.

Haizzzz...spoilting my weekend mood, faster to get the invidual follow list & target from my leaders, then found that they still not prepare for their staffs all this important things.
I reali failed, many months ago already request, but the lazzy me never follow up & bother at all mk my leaders dun even bother to do.
''Is ok, do it know!!!!'' so end up me and team leaders have to stay back to do. How long i have been waiting for this 6pm go back

Keep struggling wat to put for my problems,

• Can i tell them the truth which my JB boss not allow? kenot!
• Can I tell them I ask my leader do other department work? Kenot

So end up, have to reply the reason is my team not strong & not done enuff. Keep praying my phone wouldn't ring again after mail sent. And stupid HQ come out another request, everyday have to get all the Team leader, unit head of ME my self to send them daily report (which already have) & send them daily strategies & comment.

FXXk off! so many action plan to out meh!
