On year 2000 (mileennium year) S'pore McD supposedly meant to be a new millennium ''thank you'' to its loyal customers, but bcoz those 'kiasu' singaporean it had causing of fist fights, traffic jams, broken glass and people fainting from sheer fatigue in queues. some even take leave and queue one day before just for that 'Hello Kitty'.

I did not collect complete set but i manage to got the first couple which very valuable as this set was only sell on S'pore instead of other set that offer in M'sia McD after that.

This is a meaningfule bracelet for me, during the first few mth i joined AEON Credit my leader, Mizi (boss cum best pal) bought 4 bracelet for me, dayang, fizah and Thila.

That time my team only 4 of us with him, i never wear it and i always put it on my keyboard.
Count and seem OMG!!! is already 4 years with me, from i was a collector to TL, to Unit Head, to Assistant Manager, to Manager and from KL back to JB now...

However, i alway receive complaint that like to keep keep keep...but actually I can bear to throw the gift for me

I cannot accept the stupid blackie shoutting,
I cannot tolerate rude fellow just end the conversation without allowing me to talk 'yala, yala, nvr mind, nvr mind'..
I cannot tahan uncivilise pretender comment my staff as ' they are in this level'...

Is rude that when you are shouting to others when we are trying to explain nicely;
Is very bad manner that you just hung up the call without allow ppl talk;
Is very inconvincing that you conclude a issues on a person just because base on their low qualification/position background;
Is very no moral that you keep finding the excuse & push the blame to others eventhough you realise that you did wrong;
Is very hilarious when you told me that my cool respond to you is because i cannot accept your comment...

I hope you could change your attitude of refuse to listen, to apologise if you realise your mistake, and talk nicely because you are embarassing all the managers...

受不了

不知怎么说,我最近好难受...

我在公司觉终觉的越来越觉得好孤独,我那本来唯一的朋友也让我看到他的自私, 他的不可靠...

老板和下属的问题越赖越多, 越来越严重...

没有人能和我分享, 分担,分忧...
没有了解我的困楚, 好无奈, 好无助...

那种想哭却哭不出, 想喊却叫不出, 想说却没人明白的心...
那种呼吸困难, 那种只能倾听所有人的complaint & problems, 只能不停的劝人; 但自己的事只能往肚里吞,只能假装艰强的时克何时能够停止???

Exchange Marriage

I had male staff who married in young age (21++) due to wife pregnant, he was one of me anak kesayangan as he have very good attitude and looks guai guai.

I attended his wedding, I been assiting & advicing him during his face family problem & financial issues. recently there is rumuor that his and wife had seperated & he is very close with one of our female staffs that age 36++. At first, i choose not to bother this stupid rumours but till I personally saw them in & out together...suddenly i feel very pain on it.

As usual, I called him to the room with my UH. He told us that with the female staff only sister & bro relationship, nothing special feeling and he dun bother on other comment & view.
When i start to talked abt his wife, he told me a very shocking news 'I married her bcoz her family come and beg me to do that as that time this fren (wife) was pregnant on other guy baby'. WHY U AGREE???? (I shocked and asked). Bcoz his wife promise can help the financial problems of his family. His eye was full of tears, he felt helpless now that wife is getting tire of his non stop family problems. Mother run away, father move back hometown, brother eye operation & money not enough...bcoz of this he willing to marry a gals that carrying other guys baby, what i can give besides sympathy then is nothing

what I can do for him? just pretend nothing and only support him quitely and ask him to be strong...marriage that with exchange condition still happend around me...I still not able to accept this till now, I am still very emotion.
